About Me

Hallo. I am Gordon Tukwasibwe, your Nature Guide in Uganda, operating as a free-lance guide all over East-Africa.

I live in Buhoma in the heart of Bwindi Impenetrable Forest and usually operate from Ruhija, a more central village in Bwindi.

I operate as a independent tour guide since 2016 and specialized in birds, mammals and more recently in dragonflies and butterflies.

I know all the Ugandan bird and mammal species and am an expert on their sounds.

With Great Blue Tours I want to give birders and nature enthousiasts an opportunity to enjoy nature in Eastern Africa.
